Welcome to B2BWEEE-Scheme

The first fully approved WEEE Producer Compliance Scheme for Business-to-Business Producers in the UK

WEEE producer obligations

The UK WEEE Regulations require all manufacturers and importers of affected electrical and electronic equipment in the UK to join an approved WEEE Producer Compliance Scheme, provide arrangements for the management of WEEE and provide their registration number to distributors.

Why choose B2BWEEE-Scheme

The Environment Agency confirmed on 25th January 2007 that we fully meet all requirements under the regulations and we received our formal approval documents on 30 January 2007.

We offer major benefits to our members in terms of service and flexibility. We can install a web-based system on your company's website to handle WEEE collection and recycling arrangements; or you can continue to use your existing arrangements if you already have procedures in place.

Guidance on WEEE compliance

We have compiled a number of guidance notes and publications to help you understand your obligations as set out in the legislation, and how best to meet them. Our sister site B2BWEEE provides an overview of the WEEE and RoHS directives and WEEE compliance and registration requirements across europe.
